"Oh! Sweet!" Jane grins to herself. She had wanted to add one of those speedsters to her team just for sneaky electrics, but she had never managed. But still! She couldn't afford to go easy on it - it could be dangerous!
"Gooo Ana!" She cried out and released her regal Serperior. Pointing at the diglett she ordered. "Glare!"
In response Ana slithers towards the Dugtrio and stares it down.
init 25 (priority) - Jane uses Focused Training.
init 30 - Ana uses Glare! Then, she switches her Speed Booster for a Grass Booster as a swift action.

"Yes! Haha!" Jane cheered and called up Ana for a quick petting session. They had captured that Dugtrio quite handily, which was easily a cause for celebration. After rubbing Ana on her chin and cooing a bit it was time for the Serperior to go back to her ball and Jane to check up on her new friends (whom she had currently rushed away from!)

The Mawile lands near the Tauros and immediately leaps into action, much quicker then one would ever expect!

*Boink!* There's a loud thump as the big bull hits the small steel type, but its fury doesn't seem overly effective. The Mawile looks slightly unbalanced from the blow but no worse for the wear.
"Aha! Sam - counterattack!" Jane cries out cheerfully. This match was going well so far! There was a small worry - what would happen if the Tauros got really angry - but that was a problem for future-Jane. So far.

init 6 - Sam uses Bite!

*Boink!* There's a slightly louder thump as the big bovine continues to try and flatten Sam. This attack seems to have more of an effect, but that's not saying much. The Deceiver Pokémon still looks quite defiant as she readies herself to have another go at it.
"Still good! Let's continue!" Jane cheers at Sam and pumps her fists.

"Yeah! Bite again!" Jane was starting to feel a little bit silly repeating the same trick over and over again - but it was working! I think ... It was a bit hard to gauge how the Tauros was feeling, but she was confident that Sam was getting the better part of the deal.

"Darn!" Jane winced as the Miltank attempted to flatten Sam. While it didn't seem to hurt too much, Sam came out quite stiff! And that certainly couldn't be pleasant. Better then Tauros at least! Jane braced herself as she ordered her pokémon around - the paralysis would slow them down but they were far from out! "Okay - see if Bite works again!"

Init 3 - Sam attempts to avoid paralysis. Sam then uses Sweet Scent + Dirty Trick: Blind and Intimidate if possible!

Miltank's hide proves much more resilient than Tauros', as the steely fangs fail to find purchase. Miltank didn't appreciate the attempt though, and goes to stomp on the pesky fairy.

Oh no! That's mean! Jane thinks to herself as Miltank stomps her poor Mawile. But the Mawile herself doesn't seem ready to give up yet! "Let's try another Bite! You can take this!"
